What is IXL?
IXL is an immersive learning platform designed to offer a personalized learning experience for students. It covers a comprehensive curriculum in Math, English Language Arts, and Science.
Benefits of IXL Learning:

Instant Feedback: Students receive immediate feedback on their answers, which helps them understand their mistakes and learn from them.

Accessible Anywhere: Students can access IXL from any computer, tablet, or smartphone, allowing for flexible learning at school, home, or on the go.
1. How to Sign In to IXL Using School Google Emails:
- Start by visiting the IXL website: https://www.ixl.com/signin/zsis
- Click on the “Sign in” button located at the top right corner of the page.
- Instead of entering a username and password, click on the “Sign in with Google” option.
- When prompted, enter the student's school Google email address (e.g., 20180101@zsi.sch.sa) and the associated password.
2. Using IXL at Home:
IXL is a fantastic tool that can be used at home to reinforce what students learn at school:
- Practice Skills: Once logged in, students can select their grade level and topic of interest to practice a wide variety of skills.
- Watch Videos: For most skills, there is an accompanying instructional video. This can be especially helpful if a student is struggling with a particular topic. To access the video, click on the skill and look for the video icon. Play the video for a step-by-step explanation.
- Track Progress: Students can track their progress and see how they’re improving over time. The “Analytics” tab provides insights into time spent, skills practiced, and scores achieved.
3. Accessing Homework on Google Classroom:
To ensure a seamless learning experience, homework assignments related to IXL may also be posted on Google Classroom.
- Visit https://classroom.google.com/ and sign in using the school Google email.
- Once logged in, look for the class where the homework has been assigned.
- Any IXL-related assignments will have direct links to the IXL platform, making it easy for students to start practicing right away.
